MANOURI BIODAY P.D.O.

A particular and traditional product the organic cheese MANOURI BIODAY P.D.O. is produced only in the region of Thessalia, in the central and west Macedonia using sheep's or sheep's and goats milk.

Its shape is cylindrical and oblong. Its origin is dated from the ancient years but the certification of its technical production as well as its consolidation as P.D.O. cheese took place just in 1996.

It has a rich taste and aroma. It's appropriate as table cheese and its usually preferred by the experts of the cheese making secrets. The modern cuisine has created many uses for it and today we come across it in many restaurants as an indispensable ingredients for green salads.

Vacuum or Modified atmosphere.
