GOAT'S BIODAY CHEESE

The organic GOAT'S BIODAY cheese in salted water is made by 100% fresh goat's pasteurized organic milk. The goat's milk is rich in vitamins B1, B3 as well as in metallic elements such as magnesium, potassium and phosphorus.

The content of goat's cheese compared to cow's cheese is larger both in vitamin A and in calcium at least by 10%. The production procedure for GOAT'S BIODAY cheese is exactly the same with that of FETA BIODAY cheese P.D.O. It also matures in tan-plate vessels full of salted water for two months and them it is ready for consumption. It is provided to the market in a variety of packages.

The absence of smell and its rich taste are the characteristic advantages of GOAT'S BIODAY cheese in brine. This special property is due to the traditional method of the open pasteurization which disposes the smell of goat's milk and at the same time preserving all of its nourishing ingredients.
